He is survived by: his wife Marion Dukarich; his daughters, Cyndi Klikus (Jay Aileo) of Simpson, Kathy Surace of Whites Crossing and Karen Monahan (Michael) of Carbondale Twp; his grandchildren, Kim Cost (Dominick) and Summer Machiesky (Jonathan); his great grandchildren, Dominick, Madison and Lucy; his siblings, Dennis Surace (Michele) and Delores Cox (Lenny); and his sisters-in-law, Margaret and Carol Surace.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Joseph W Scotchlas Funeral Home, Inc. (621 Main St, Simpson, PA 18407). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Church (6 N Church St, Carbondale, PA 18407).
