It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert R. Greene of Carbondale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 26, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Greene and Elizabeth Mullen Greene; and his siblings, Thomas, Michael, Jackie, James Greene and Gretta Allen.

He is survived by: his wife Rosella M. Granville; his daughter Tracy Greene-Sosa of Carbondale, PA; his grandson Christopher Greene (Brittany) of Carbondale, PA; and his great grandchildren, Kinsley and Brayden "Grampa' of Grampa's Best Pal. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations were sent to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
