He is survived by: his children, Jason and Katlyn; his siblings, John (Deanna), Mayfield, Adam (Maria) and Theresa of Pearland, TX; his nieces and nephews, Derek, Amanda, Samantha, Daria and Adam; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Evan, Aubry, Parker, Auryana, Wren, Solane and Georgia.
