He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Whitney and Winifred Joyce Whitney; his brother Gerard; and also Jim "Fred" Cochran. He is survived by: his wife Julia; his children, Walter, Theresa, Mary, Patrick, Lizzy, Katy, Peter and Juli-anne; his brothers, James, Edward and John; his stepmother Grace; his uncle Floyd (Princess); his son-in-law Paul; and his caregiver Walter. He is also survived by loving father-in-law to his children's spouses.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Saint Juliana's Church (2048 Creamton Drive, Rock Lake, PA 18453). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at the Saint Juliana's Cemetery (2048 Creamton Drive, Rock Lake, PA 18453).
