He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Ann Bethea; his children, Victoria Propes and Eric DiBilio; and his siblings, Cassandra Armwood, William Bethea, Jr., Clearist Bethea, Rickie Bethea, Sherwood Bethea, Robert Bethea and Steven Bethea. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
