He is survived by: his children, Melissa Durst (Sean), Monica Tokarz (Jeremy), Matthew Wormuth, Michele Mosolino (Tony Vancosky), Cynthia Arthur and William Wormuth Jr. (Tami Rosar); his siblings, Robert Wormuth (Irene), Diane Kalasinski and Ann Marie Wesner; and his grandchildren, William, Shauna, Riley, Makenzie, Kalob, Liam, Emma, Bennett, Aria, Theo, Philip, Makayla, Marcus, Jessie, Summer and Ryan. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
