She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Joseph and Veronica Ksenzak Mullen; her husband Paul J. Cech, Sr.; and her siblings, Frances "Bonnie" Sylvester, Joseph Mullen, Catherine Zwolinski, Thomas Mullen, Mary Kastanis, Veronica Gancos, Cecelia Kotyuha, Eileen Belliconish, Jane Bellen and Bernadette Livingston.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Paul Cech of Lemont Furnace and Susan Cech of Cardale; her grandchildren, Angela Ankrom (Jason) and Jeffrey Cech; her great grandchildren, Sydney Ankrom and Chase Ankrom; her sister-in-law Mary Check; and her close friends, Abigail and Charles Zebley (family: Mike, Anita, Gina Kuznar). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
