She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Soukup and Anna Bilek Soukup; her husband Walter E. Ripko; her son Edward A. Ripko; and her brothers, Steve Soukup (Peggy) and Victor Soukup (Leona).

She is survived by: her children, Karen Ripko, Patricia Ripko, Walter A. Ripko (Lorraine), Michael Ripko and Marlene Ripko; her grandchildren, John William, Tyler, Anthony Michael and Abbey; her siblings, Carl Lloyd Soukup (Ann), Frances Kolenich (Jerry) and Barb Shumar (Tony); and her daughter-in-law Theresa Baer-Ripko.
