It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice G. Bender of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 7, 2026, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid Alice farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Alice is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward C. McNoldy and Hilda L. McNoldy (Burnd); and her husband Marvin C. Bender. She is survived by: her sons, Charles, Bryon and David. She is also survived by six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
