She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Moslak and Elizabeth Moslak (Hudak); and her siblings, Joseph, Jerome Moslak, Jean Rongeux, Josephine Gentry and Marcella Buckman.
She is survived by: her children, Gary L. Johnson (Sally) of Westerville, OH, Larry E. Johnson (Kim) of Carlisle and Michelle Sims of Sacramento, CA. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Patrick Catholic Church, Carlisle.
