He was predeceased by: his mother Josephine DeAngelo (Mersola); his wife Sally Macdonald DeAngelo; his son Anthony DeAngelo; his sisters, Rosaria DeAngelo (Rosebud) and Margaret Manganiello; and his brother-in-law Jerry Manganiello.
He is survived by: his father Paul DeAngelo; his children, Carl Joseph DeAngelo II (Emily), Timothy DeAngelo (Emily) and Joy Bowman (John); and his siblings, Anthony DeAngelo, James DeAngelo, Frances Greeley and Paula Cagigas (Keith). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
