It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Connie R Horn of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 8, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Crary and Mary Crary (Handshew); her brother Gary Crary; and her great grandchild Makenzie Owens. She is survived by: her husband Floyd K. Horn; her children, Michelle Ellis (Don), Scott A. Horn Sr. (Becky) and Lisa Horn (Ernie); her grandchildren, Megan Owens (Nathan), Houston Ellis, Rachel Ellis and Scott Horn Jr.; her great grandchildren, Dustin Owens, Landon Owens and Lindsay Owens; and her siblings, Mike Crary, Esther Younce and Mary Bower (John). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory (2020 W Trindle Rd, Carlisle, PA 17013). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Connie's name to the charity of your choice.
