It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia J. Bowermaster (Carlisle, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 26, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert M. Eppley, Sr. and Catherine Mary McConnell Eppley; and her niece Meghan B. Freas. She is survived by: her husband Richard L. Bowermaster; her children, Budster, Moses, Forever Best Friend and Nonie Righi; and her siblings, Robert M. Eppley, Jr. (Robynn) of Carlisle and Brenda C. Eppley of York. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
