He was predeceased by: his mother Frances Westbrook (Krietzer). He is survived by: his father Galen Westbrook; his wife Vincetti M. Westbrook (Rhoads); his children, Cassandra Raudabaugh (Jason) and Chad Westbrook; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Wade Westbrook, Davina and Lillian Raudabaugh; his great grandchild Layla Thumma; and his siblings, Donald Westbrook (Kathy), Donna Hovis (Michael) and Linda Noggle (Robert). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
