He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard and Opal Wise Sr. (Sechrist). He is survived by: his wife Bonita Wise (Monismith); and his children, Tiffney Trayer, Tony Wise and Shawn Wise (Nancy). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
