He was predeceased by: his father Dean Calvin Keiter, Sr.. He is survived by: his sister Debra Keiter of Ormond Beach, FL; his niece Nicol Tucker of Williamsport, MD; his great-nieces, Rebecca Crown and Jessica Crown; his great-nephew Ryan Crown; and his cousin Brenda Stone of Tower City.
