She was predeceased by: her husband Robert S. Mentzer; her father Jacob Walters; and her daughter Cindy Mentzer. She is survived by: her children, Randy Mentzer (Sally) and Diane Huryn-Oyler (Chad); and her grandchildren, Ryan Mentzer, Erik Mentzer, Kaci Wood, Seth Huryn and Justin Huryn. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
