He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Etter and Nellie Etter (Barrick); and his brothers, Michael and Lonnie Etter. He is survived by: his close friends, Jake and Georgette Breneman of Carlisle; his pet Chloe Etter of Carlisle; his children, Amanda Howard (Braeden), Matthew Etter (Maggie) and Ashley Etter; and his grandchildren, Cameron (Daly), Parker, Beaux, Cece, Macy, Emerson, Lila, Remi and Komi.
