He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce R. Chestnut and Martha Chestnut (Armolt); his wife Joyce A. Chestnut; and his siblings, Harold "Bill" Chestnut and Vada Shughart.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debra A., Wanda D. and Donna K.; his son-in-law Chad; his brothers, Robert Chestnut, Barry and Larry; his grandchildren, Brooke, Kristen, Bobbi, Erin, Drew and Brittany Rinehart; and his great grandchildren, Chase, Laci, Emma, Taylor, Alli, Kayla, Lucas, Adley, Olivia, Emmitt and Katie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in loving memory of Donald P. Chestnut to: Donald Chestnut 550 Opossum Lake Rd. Carlisle, PA 17015 to establish a memorial bench in his honor.
