He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Myers and Rhoda Myers; his siblings, Norma Gentile and Richard Myers, Jr.; and his brothers-in-law, Dan Swearingen and Richard Slusser.

He is survived by: his wife Alice Jane Steinour (Wise); his niece Ketha Ranck (Paul); his children, Erica and Tony; his siblings-in-law, Donald Gentile, Corrine Myers, Lois Ann Slusser and Betsy Swearingen; and his nephews, Travis Myers, Jeffrey Kuhn (Barb), Doug Kuhn (Lori), William Slusser (Dawn) and Mike Slusser.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the church.
