He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul F. and Mary D. Jumper (Kessler); his wife Rosemary V. (Ronan); and his siblings, Boyd L. Jumper and Pauline Jumper.
He is survived by: his children, Michael E. Jumper of Palm Springs, CA, Kathleen D. Madeyski of Shippensburg, PA, Patricia A. Givens (Dale) of Fort Myers, FL and Jeffrey S. Jumper of Carlisle, PA; and his sister Margaret Adams. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
