Kievit, Sr. of Tampa, FL, Margaret Macheca of Haslet, TX and Katherine Smith (Chris) of Carlisle, PA; her grandchildren, Molly Macheca, James A. Kievit, Jr., Colin Macheca, Merritt Kievit, Cole Smith, Claire Macheca, Katie Macheca and Alexander Hasse; and her siblings, Elizabeth Hanna (Bill Buchalter) of Middletown, NY, Phillip Hanna (Julie), Clare Mandia (Michael) of Wappingers Falls, NY, Jennifer Hanna (Marsha Crawford) of Tenino, WA and Martin Hanna (Kerry) of Easley, SC. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
