She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel S. Keck and Anna Mae Keck (Carey); and her husband Oliver Cline. She is survived by: her sons, Gary Penner of Carlisle and Dennis Penner of South Carolina; her granddaughter Shana Strohecker (Russel); her great grandchildren, Isaiah, Victoria and Jenna; her great great grandchildren, Zavieghn and Ava; her close friend Gladys Lewis; her pet Tabby; her stepfather Chester Carey; and her siblings, Daniel S., John Keck and Lela K. Norell. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
