He is survived by: his parents, Wesley Slagle and Teresa Slagle (Tinney); his girlfriend Hannah Stoner; his daughter Dahlia Mae; his sisters, Courtney Shreve and Kelly Reid (Siwatu); his nieces and nephews, Jeremiah, Jaiden, Amaya, Kali and Siwatu, Jr.; Gary Brandt. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
