He was predeceased by: his father William Leroy; and his brother Larry Adams. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Adams (Collins); his children, Brandi Spahr (Michael) of Carlisle and Jeremi Adams (Jen) of Carlisle; his grandchildren, Brittnie Enyeart, Hayley Adams, Jarren Enyeart and Devon Poole; and his siblings, Sue Clark and Donald Adams.
