He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Rice, Sr. and Mary V. Rice (Gaines); and his siblings, George W. Rice, Jr. and Toni L. Rice. He is survived by: his sisters, Sharon D. Rice of Carlisle, Dolly Rice Kern (Craig) of Carlisle and Vickie N. Brevik of Carlisle; and his close friend Sandra Smith of North Carolina. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens (1921 Ritner Hwy, Carlisle, PA 17013).
