He is survived by: his daughters, Shirley Ball and Alison Farrell (Ball); his grandchildren, Adrian, Kim Green (Evans), Byron, Lau-Sanne Green (Pepler), Kirsten Green and Patti De Santis; and his great grandchildren, Victoria, Zachary, Timothy and Dani.
