He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther W. Baker and Betty Jane Baker (Frank). He is survived by: his wife Joyce E. Baker (Grove); his son Gregory W. Baker; and his sister Kaye Miller (David). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, viewing and service will be held at the convenience of the family.
