She was predeceased by: her parents, William Burd and Jeanette Burd (Zong); her husband Willis Donald Rynard; her sisters, Vivian Boyer, Betty Preun and Josephine DeHaas (William "Sonny" Burd Jr.); and her son-in-law Barry Bender.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Bender, Barbara Kiker (Thomas) and David Rynard (Vickie); and her sister Joyce Klutz. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
