He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Kerns and Pauline Kerns (Bennett); and his wife Leona R. Kerns (Waggoner). He is survived by: his daughters, Vicki Lee Goodyear-Claybaugh of Bedford, Kathy Lynn Lebo of Carlisle and Cindy L. Witherow of Carlisle. He is also survived by six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
