She was predeceased by: her father Jack Cline. She is survived by: her mother Helen Cline; her siblings, Kathy Gothard, Vicki Miller, Cindy Saving, Kristine Strawser, Connie McKee, Molly Bukky and Kurt Cline; and her children, Rachel Rade, Joseph Menz and Sarah Black.

Even in the midst of her eleven year battle with Alzheimer's disease, Jackie's sweet spirit, engaging sense of humor, and patient endurance shone through as an example to those who knew her.
