He was predeceased by: his father Robert McHugh; and his sons, Michael Robert and Steven Paul McHugh. He is survived by: his wife Connie Lou McHugh of Carlisle; his daughter Adrienne Townsend (William) of Newville; his grandchildren, Ashtyne Townsend of Hagerstown, MD and William Tyler Townsend (Angela) of Newville; and his great grandchildren, Adryana and Xavier Queen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
