He was predeceased by: his parents, James Barefoot and Orpha Barefoot; and his sisters, Doris Sprow and Phyllisann Barefoot. He is survived by: his wife Myrna Barefoot (Cox); his children, Tad Barefoot of Carlisle and Amy Stenvall (Jon) of Washington; his grandchildren, Gunnar Stenvall of Washington and Kelsey Raynes (Todd) of Washington; his great grandchildren, Felicity and James; and his brother Richard K. Barefoot of Altoona.
