James Otstot Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Otstot (Carlisle, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 13, 2021 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Otstot and Eva Otstot; and his grandson Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Otstot (Millie) of Messiah Village; his daughter Bonnie Getty; his son-in-law Kenneth Getty Jr. of Virginia; his daughter Pamela Scott of California; his granddaughters, Denise, Christine (George) and Stephanie; and his great grandchildren, Grace and Henry. He is also survived by his daughters, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

His grandson Spencer died in 2020 of Covid.

The family is requesting donations in Jim's honor to the Endowment Fund for Benevolent Care, Messiah Lifeways at Messiah Village or the Messiah Village Church, both at 100 Mt. Allen Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055.
