He was predeceased by: his father Randy A. Hays. He is survived by: his mother Wendy Kelso Sheaffer; his wife Gina Hoover Hays; his daughters, Angie and Desarae; his grandchildren, Aubri, Jaiden and Ma'Kai; his stepfather Don Sheaffer; and his siblings, Jesse Sheaffer (Ashley) and Amber Hays. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
