He was predeceased by: his father Walter Frank; and his siblings, Terry L. Miller, Karen Ott and Victor Weiser. He is survived by: his sons, Joshua of Carlisle and Brian Weiser of Carlisle; his sister Deborah Boyer of Hanover; and his grandchildren, Trevor and Jocelyn Weiser.
