We are sad to announce that on February 10, 2023, at the age of 88, Joan A. Barnes of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Vernon R. Yaggie and Dorothy A. Adams Yaggie; her sons, Richard L. Barnes (Herlinda), Wayne B. Barnes (Barbara), Randall A. Barnes and Douglas E. Barnes (Suzette); and her siblings, Warren Yaggie, Evelyn Yaggie, Raymond and Ralph Yaggie. She was also cherished by six grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent to Hope Station 149 W. Penn St. Carlisle, PA 17013.
