With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Joan Ilene Rice of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald H. Groce and Elizabeth R. Groce (Hall); her spouse Myrl "Perk" Louis Rice, Jr.; her daughter Betsy Jo Rice; and her siblings, Carol Nigro and Richard Groce.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Rice Stoner (Glen) of Lewisberry, Becky A. Preneau (Nick) of Mechanicsburg and Steven L. Rice (Patty) of Shermans Dale; and her granddaughters, Adelene and Margot Preneau.
