He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Lasure of Carlisle; his brother Larry Hawkins of Kansas City; his niece Larea Walsh; his nephew Willie Hawkins; and his grandchildren, Ivory Vazquez Jumper, Anthyoine Vazquez Jumper, Angelyta Vazquez Jumper, Gracyella Ippolito and Johnathan Jumper.
