Oliver of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, born in Martins Ferry, Ohio, who passed away on May 10, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman L. Oliver and Doris E. Oliver (Charnock). He is survived by: his wife Gail S. Oliver of Carlisle; his children, Heather A. Kot of Carlisle and Garrett B. Oliver of Carlisle; his granddaughters, Chloe Kot, Lily Kot and Keira Oliver; his brother James N. Oliver (Carol) of Washington; and his sister-in-law Beverly Tokarcik of Cleveland, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
