He is survived by: his wife Connie Gipe (Wiles); his children, Joshawa Gipe of Carlisle, Erin Gipe of Newville, Justin Gipe of Carlisle, Cody Gipe (Ariel) of Newport and Desmond Cooper of Enola; his grandchildren, Logan and Connor; and his siblings, Sharon Runkle (Jack) of Shermans Dale and Bob Gipe of Shermans Dale.
