He was predeceased by: his father Edwin Charles Kautz; and his siblings, Glenn Winberry, Edwin "Bus" Kautz, Floyd "Hap" Kautz, Steve Kautz, Calvin Kautz, Bob Fisher, Jean Spayd, Doris Garland and Joyce Kautz.
He is survived by: his wife Norma "Rae" Kautz (Bramwell); his children, Joyce "Joy" Schauer of Paoli, Jon Kautz, Jr. (Donna) of Boiling Springs, Brian Kautz (Katherine) of Enola and Kelly Kautz of Harrisburg; his grandchildren, Tara Geskey, Elizabeth Kautz, Jack Kautz, Teddy Kautz, Kiri Spayd, Ben Kautz, Jacob Kautz and Noah Kautz; his great grandchildren, Avery, Oscar, Emery, Milo and Jackelyn; and his siblings, Mick Kautz, Wayne Kautz and Pat Aucker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
