He was predeceased by: his parents, Ricardo L. Ramos and Amelia Ramos (Hernendez); his wife Kathryn Ramos (Fuller); and his children, Amelia Strohecker, Cassandra Kay Rohrer and Joseph Ramos, Jr..
He is survived by: his son Carlos G. Ramos (Nola) of Carlisle; and his siblings, Carlos, Richard, Gilbert, Rueben, Eleanor, Dora and Amelia. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.
