She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Hess and Evelyn Hess (Walters); her husband William L. Mumper; and her sisters, Iris Hess and Betty Wilson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Baker (Roger) of Carlisle and Terri Mumper of Carlisle; her siblings, John J. Hess (Liz) of California, Naomi Lamason of Carlisle, Nancy Finney of Harrisburg and Jackie Black (Sam) of Carlisle; her grandchildren, Kimberly Lynch (Clayton) of Gardners, Matthew Baker (Erin) of Carlisle and Chad Baker (Michelle) of Carlisle; her great grandchildren, Jordan Sloop (Jessica), Jacob Sloop (Madison), Ryane Shipman (Sam), Nikolas Lynch, Dylan Baker, Ian Baker, Lauren Baker, William Baker, Lyla Baker and Bryson Baker; and her great great grandchildren, Gwendalyn and Hudson.
