It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay S. Rowe (Carlisle, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 15, 2026, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Kay leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Kay may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George F. Brehm and Evelyn Brehm (Penner); her husband Benny E. Rowe; her daughter Terri L. Rowe; and her sister Janet L. Brehm.
She is survived by: her daughter Dara K. Burke of Mechanicsburg; her grandson Ryan; and her sister Nancy C. Heiges (Wilbur) of Mechanicsburg.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may made to her church, St. Paul Lutheran Church.
