She is survived by: her father Arthur Richard Higgins, Sr.; her daughters, Juanita Amspacker of Mechanicsburg and Amanda Boyer (Aaron) of New Oxford; her grandchildren, Alexis, Aidan, Wyatt, Emmett and David; her siblings, Arthur "Art" Higgins, Alma Maclean (Mack) of Ohio, Machele West of South Carolina and Jennifer Turner (Tom) of Ohio; and her fiancé Doug Abreght of New Oxford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
