It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lowell D. Newcomer I of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on July 18, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell D. Newcomer and Barbara J. Newcomer-Cruikshank (Morris); and his brothers, Shawn L. and Thomas Newcomer. He is survived by: his sons, Lowell D. Newcomer, II (late Amanda) of Wellsville, PA and Nicholas O. (Natalie) of Dillsburg; his grandchildren, Nela Newcomer and Noble Newcomer; and his sisters, Victoria Newcomer-Cottrell and Dawn Newcomer-Stoeffler.
