She was predeceased by: her parents, George D. and Mary C. Hosler (Shur); her husband Edward L. Billman; and her son Timothy B. Billman. She is survived by: her children, Kelley R. Merris (Curtis) of Carlisle, Kevin S. Billman of Carlisle and Curtis A. Billman (Ami) of Manassas, VA.. She is also survived by grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
