Barbour of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, born in Newville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 16, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George L. Barbour and Ruth Irene Barbour (Boyles); and his sister Saundra Clugh. He is survived by: his wife Frances Barbour (Norrell) of Carlisle; his children, Jessica Otten (Terry Clark) and Marlin "Skip" Barbour Jr. (Kathy); his grandchildren, Michael Barbour, Joshua Otten, Chandon Otten and RIley Barbour; and his brothers, Ronald Barbour and Gary Barbour. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren and 2 nieces and 4 nephews.
