She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thomas and Hattie Thomas (Miller); her siblings, Paul Thomas, Charles Thomas and Betty Wagner; and the father of her children Paul Smyser.
She is survived by: her children, Terry L. Rhoads of Dillsburg, Brenda E. Brango of Philadelphia and Richard Ireland (Christine) of Enola; and her grandchildren, Stephanie R. Miller and Ronald Welsh, Jr.. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
